Please note that the booking of your accommodation (SportAccord Convention Official Hotels) needs to happen through our ground handler (Royal Wings) if you like to benefit from our preferential rates (all rates are inclusive breakfast, internet and taxes). Please note that room bookings are done on a first come, first-served basis, so you need to make your room reservations as soon as possible.

These hotel rates provided above are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days. Should you wish to extend your stay in Dubai, please note that you are able to book up to an additional 3 nights before and/or after the event has taken place at the same preferred rates as during the event.

NOTES
- Rates are inclusive of all taxes, daily breakfast and internet access. - Return transfers from airport to your hotel (Media Rotana Hotel and Sofitel Jumeirah Beach Hotel- only) and from your accommodation to Atlantis Hotel are provided complimentary. - The cut off for reservations is 24th Mar 2010 and reservations received after this date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. - Hotel bookings will be done on a first come first served basis.
PAYMENT DETAILS
For Atlantis, The Palm - you will be charged upon check-in on your credit card (you will be asked if this needs to be charged on the existing (communicated) card or on another one) - alternatively pre-payment is possible via wire transfer. Please contact Jihad at jihadsa@royalwings.ae For Media Rotana Hotel and Sofitel Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Upon receiving the confirmation of your hotel reservation 1 night will be charged from your credit card. This amount is refundable if you cancel your registration within the cancellation policies. - The remaining amount will be charged 1 week prior to your arrival.
CANCELATION POLICIES
- Any cancellation made more than 1 month prior to the expected arrival date will have no cancellation fees. - Any cancellation made between 1 month and 1 week prior to the expected arrival date will be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to one night room rate. - Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the expected arrival date, no shows and/or early departures will be charged full length of stay as originally booked.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Upon check-in, each hotel will charge the client’s credit card a deposit of AED 500 for the entire stay, in order to cover guests’ extras. - If this amount is exceeded during the stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional amount according to the guests’ consumptions. - Any balance of the deposit not consumed will be returned on the guest’s credit card after a period of 15 days (as per the UAE banking law). - If the client doesn’t have a credit card, the same amount is required and payable in CASH upon check-in. If the amount is exceeded during the stay, hotel reserves the right to ask the guest for an additional amount according to his consumption. If the guest does not have any extra charges during his stay the amount will be returned upon check-out.
VISA DETAILS
HOW TO APPY FOR UAE VISA People of all nationalities may now get the Service Visa to enter UAE. The validity is for 14 days from the date of issuance and it’s duration of stay is 14 days from the day of entry. Nationalities from the following countries will not require the visa to travel to UAE. They can get the VISA upon arrival at the airport. Western Europe: France, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andora, San Marino, Liechtenstein. America: USA, Canada. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand. Asia: Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea. GCC: Gulf Cooperation Council Countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait. Countries that are not listed above require visas. The visa issuance is subject to approval by Department of Security. In case the VISA is rejected, the amount paid will be non-refundable.

Important Notes for Service Visa:
- The process is straightforward and does not require you to visit the Embassy. - Each applicant needs to fill in the visa form. - Processing of Visas will begin the next working day after receiving the application. Government weekends in UAE are Friday & Saturday. - There is no ‘urgent basis’ category anymore. The application takes 48 hours to complete (excluding weekends) from the date of the application. - In addition to the Visa application form, a colored copy of your passport’s information page is required including the passport’s expiry date page as well as a clear color photograph of dimensions 4.3 cm x 5.5 cm is also required. The photograph should be in JPG format. - Your passport must be valid for a minimum 6 months prior to travel. - If the guest exceeds the limit of the Visa duration, a penalty will be imposed on the guest by the immigration authority at the time of their exit. Royal Wings will debit a fine of AED 5500/- per Visa application if this happens. - The Bearer of a Service Visa permit is not allowed to work, paid or unpaid. - The Bearer of Service Visas can only enter from Dubai abu Dhabi and Sharjah. - The Visa fee is AED 450 and will be deducted along with the amount of the hotel reservation.
