| What’s an Account? |

An Account allows you to create a profile for your organization and yourself. It also enables you to access your Online Registration and NetWorker Tool. Your Account can be modified and updated online by your designated company ADMINISTRATOR (ADMIN).

| How to create your Account? |

Go to www.sportaccordconvention.com, click on REGISTER and complete the following steps:
Once your registration application has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent. You will then be able to complete your registration by making a payment (if applicable) and entering your accommodation details (if requested).
Please remember your ID and PASSWORD, which will be required to log back on to your Account in order to make any changes to your organization, delegate and event details. You will also need these in order to access NetWorker. |
| I created a new account but when I log-in I get an error messages « The login process failed. ». Why did this happen? |
| Two things could have gone wrong – either you have entered an invalid username or password, or you may have forgotten to activate your account. Your account can be activated by clicking on the link you received by email (it will have come to the email address you specified as your username). |
| I lost my password – how can I reset it? |
| Your password is usually created by you when creating a new account. If your account has been created by your organization’s administrator (ADMIN), then the password is automatically generated and sent to you within the activation email. If you have forgotten your password or have lost your activation email, please contact SportAccord Convention in order for us to reset it (convention@sportaccord.com). You can specify which password you would like to have. You cannot change your password yourself. |
| What is different from last year’s on-line registration? |

The on-line registration for SportAccord Convention has been simplified in order to have an easier and streamlined process for everyone. There is no formal approval process anymore, however your registration will be pending until: - Your delegate profile data is entered and/or your organization data is complete - Your payment is completed (for paying delegates)
Last year only the organization ADMIN was able to enter delegate details. This year, delegates can enter their own data. Either their account is created by their ADMIN (the delegate will then get an Email with their username and password in order to log-in), or they can create their own account by choosing DELEGATE instead of ADMIN (under Role). |
| What is the difference between an organizations’ ADMIN and an organization DELEGATE? |
The ADMIN (administrator) will become your organization contact person. The ADMIN may or may not be attending the Convention and will have the following privileges: - May modify the organization data (logo, category, description, contact information); - May enter delegate(s) profiles; - Will be the contact person for your organization for further SA-C Services - Will administrate the entire organization’s registration There needs to be one ADMIN for each organization so if you register as a stand-alone delegate you need to choose ADMIN. The DELEGATE can create and enter his/her own delegate details and has access to their own NetWorker account, but cannot change any organization details. So, choose ADMIN if you will be your organization’s contact person and you will be the one registering all delegates (or if you are a stand-alone delegate). Choose DELEGATE if you will not be the global contact person of your organization and you wish to register only yourself. |
